Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born into a mixed ethnic family. Both her parents are both English. Her family was raised on a council estate located south of London. When she was 14, she attended The Brit School. She studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. At school, she was a part-time actor in a variety of stage productions including King Henry V's Princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her acting career through the film Storm Damage. Over the past few years, Madekwe has appeared in Teachers and Doctors. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), alongside Colin Farrell. In the wake of that film's success she was cast as Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN, and appeared in the six episodes of Trexx as well as Flipside playing Ollie. Also, the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl saw her in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe appeared in the comedic How to Lose Friends and alienate others (2008). The credits she has in her theatre work comprise Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams and Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show ran just two episodes at The CW, and was later cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. After being a regular for the first two seasons it was announced in May 2013 that Madekwe was set to leave the show after an appearance as a guest in the first episode in the season's third. She played Tituba on the television program Salem from 2014 to 2016. Madekwe and her boyfriend who has been with her for a long time, Iddo Goldenberg, were wedding in June of 2012. In addition to Secret Diary of a Call Girl they also appeared in tandem on Salem and Iddo Goldberg had a part alongside her in the show on TV.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into the extended family of a huge, large. Ashley Leggat was born to Roy and Patty as well her older siblings: Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. Ashley's family, which is all sportsmen, played baseball in summers and played hockey in winters. Ashley did not walk; instead, she was a dancer. When she was two and a half, she was introduced to Baby Ballet. Ashley developed a passion for dancing shortly after she joined the Baby Ballet. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions of tap, jazz ballet, hip hop, Acrobatics, Lyrical Musical Theatre and pointe until she graduated from high school. She was crowned the top soloist awards at all of the main dance contests, including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 5-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance among others.
