Scarlett Johansson - American Actress and Singer (born in the city of New York on 22 November 1984) Her range of talents in acting has earned the world awe, from dramas of the past, to thrillers and adventures. Johansson was born in New York City, and was raised by an father who was an architect and her mother, a producer. She and her twin brother Hunter were the youngest of four siblings. When she was just seven years old, she started auditioning for television commercials. After that, she was enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and afterwards attended the Professional Children's School in Manhattan for further training in her craft. At the age of eight old, she starred with Ethan Hawke as Sophistry in an Off-Broadway musical. At the age of nine she made her acting debut in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson was later seen on the screen in Just Cause (1995), however, her breakthrough was in the form of Manny & Lo a coming of age movie about two sisters running away. For The Horse Whisperer, Johansson was a teenager who suffered an horrific crash. The role she played in Ghost World brought her more recognition as the troubled teenager Rebecca. She has delivered astonishing performances in shows like Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith entered the world of entertainment when she was very young. When she was a kid, she became fascinated with acting. Smith's parents supported her in landing her first acting role when she was just six. She created a commercial with Dannon. As many new actresses have done, she decided to further develop her talents in the theatre. Additionally, she was involved in various productions across the USA as well, and Wildflower was her first stage performance. She was a graduate of the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
